» Samsung U900 Flipshot Camera Phone

Samsung has just upgraded its old u900 cell phone with the brand new SCH-u900 FlipShot Camera. It boats an integrated 3 megapixel camera module and of course, the FlipShot tag. Available in two color variants (red and black), the handset also featurs an EvDo connectivity, GPS satellite navigation with VZ Navigator software, Bluetooth A2DP, dial-up networking, serial port and object push for vCard, along with basic print and image profiles. Compared to its predecessor, the new one has slimmer and more rounded body, especially at the edges.

Only the black version of Samsung SCH-u900 FlipShot Camera phone is currently available. You can purchase it at Verizon Wireless for $199.99 (two-year contract). If you want the red one, it’ll be available at Best Buy starting from 26th of this month.

» Sony Ericsson P3i

The rumors about Sony Ericsson P3i smartphone has been flying around the net for a while now. Looks like Sony Ericsson have a new UIQ messenger device that will be launching soon. Apparently it will be a P3i under the P series. According to the thumbnail leaked from MSN China, the P3i could be an alternate based on the Elena prototype (like the P1i). Software updates are expected but we are keeping an eye on this story for you. More on it soon.

» LG LB3300 Music Phone

LG Electronics has announced a new music phone called “Rhapsody in Music Phone” and marked as LG-LB3300. Mark Levinson, the founder of MLAS honoured the event by his presence.

The LG-LB3300 features a touch wheel key, LED lighting, a 1GB built-in memory for storing 256 songs. It also gives users an option to store more with 4GB expandable external memory option. Users can play their favorite songs in 8 equalizer settings including natural, pop, classic, jazz, and etc.

LG-LB3300 supports Bluetooth headphone, so you can roam hands free. As announced, the latest cell phone model will be available in two color options black and white. Later in Feb 2008, LG plans to roll put its pink model too.

» Nokia N96 SmartPhone

Nokia's long-awaited sequel to the N95 smartphone may have been spotted, according to a leak posted in Mobile-Review's forums. It looks like Nokia N81, though the form is close to Nokia N95: the numeric keyboard sliding from the bottom and the panel sliding from the top (it is empty on the photo, so we don’t know its destination, probably it carries sensor media player buttons). Taking into account the pictures, Nokia N96 is powered by S60 3rd Edition FP2 (Symbian OS 9.5), the platform hasn’t been announced yet. The rear panel hides a 5-megapixel camera with Carl Zeiss lens and dual LED flash. The source hasn’t provided more details about the specs or the release date.

LG has launched their 13.3mm thick 3G slider in Korea, the LG-KH1800 also known as "Orange color phone". The phone comes with multitasking button where you can use SMS service, telephone directory, and alarm setting even while you are calling. Beside that, the phone also boasts the 3G WCDMA automatic roaming service and all the common features such as MP3 playback, text viewer camera and electronic dictionary function. The LG-KH1800 comes with an expected of 352,000 KRW ($375) via KTF telecom.
